The Government of Kazakhstan hosted the Fourth Meeting of Ministers of Trade of Landlocked Developing Countries, on 12 September 2012, in Almaty. The Meeting was chaired by H.E. Mr. Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kazakhstan.

The Meeting adopted the Almaty Ministerial Declaration (Unofficial French translation).
